We accept most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company prior to your appointment to make sure our physician is a participating provider with your plan.
Please call the office to make an appointment in advance. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us within 24 hours. We make a sincere effort to adhere to our appointment schedule and appreciate your patience if we are late due to emergencies or hospital surgery.
We request payment at time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express for your convenience. If we are a participating provider of your insurance company, we will bill them. Your deductible, co-payment, and/or co-insurance amounts are due at time of service. However, payment is the patient’s responsibility. We will help in any way we can to assist you in handling claims.
Please request all prescriptions and authorizations for renewals between 8am – 3pm, Monday through Friday, when our full records are available. Any prescriptions requested after 3pm will be filled the next business day. Renewals requested at other times will be filled only for extreme or emergent circumstances.
Spivey Orthopedic Clinic uses an after-hours answering service so you are only a call away from one of our providers. If you need a medication refill or need to reschedule an appointment, please call during business hours. If you have an issue that requires one of our provider’s attention, our after-hours answering service will gladly assist you in reaching one of them.
