About the Practice

Spivey Orthopedic Clinic treats a full range of orthopedic problems. Dr. C. Mark Spivey, board-certified orthopedic physician and Rick Proenza, PA-C keep current on the newest advances in orthopedic care including computer-assisted surgery and minimally invasive procedures. Dr. J. Casey Spivey, joined the practice in 2017.  Dr. Casey Spivey graduated from the University of Georgia (Cum Laude with Honors) and Mercer University School of Medicine.  He specializes in hip arthroscopy and anterior approach hip replacement.  A.J. Champion III, PA-C ATC, an orthopedic physician assistant since 2001, is available to see patients in the office Monday through Friday. We are committed to making your treatment as easy on you as possible.

Spivey Orthopedic Clinic opened in Vidalia, GA in January 2005 and later opened an office in Dublin in 2009. In July 2010, Vidalia welcomed the new Spivey Orthopedic Clinic. The new location offers larger rooms and patient waiting areas and conveniently offers an After-Hours Clinic for patients.
