
Dr. Mark Spivey is the founder of Spivey Orthopedic Clinic. He is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology (Highest Honors) and Emory University School of Medicine (Cum Laude). He did his residency at Emory University School of Medicine and received sports training at The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital (TOSH) in Salt Lake City, UT. He has clinics in Vidalia and Dublin, Georgia and performs surgery at Optim Medical Center – Tattnall and Meadows Regional Medical Center. Dr. Spivey specializes in arthroscopic shoulder and knee procedures and computer assisted knee replacements. He was a member of the Georgia Workers Compensation Medical Board Subcommittee for 3 years and Assistant Team Physician for Georgia Tech football, basketball and baseball teams for 3 years.

Dr. Weston Robison is an orthopedic surgeon from Vidalia, Georgia, specializing in primary and revision hip and knee replacement, robotic-assisted total knee replacement, and general orthopedics. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he earned his degree Magna Cum Laude, and went on to receive his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine. While at Mercer, he served as class president and was inducted into the prestigious Phi Kappa Phi and Gold Humanism Honor Societies.
Dr. Robison completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Atlanta Medical Center, followed by advanced fellowship training in total joint replacement at the University of Colorado in Denver, CO.
He currently sees patients at his clinic in Vidalia and performs surgical procedures at Optim Medical Center – Tattnall and Memorial Health Meadows Hospital. Dr. Robison is dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality orthopedic care with a focus on restoring mobility and enhancing the quality of life for his patients.

Phillip Boatright, Jr. is a physician assistant to Patrick G. Hanson, MD specializing in general orthopedics. He is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and holds clinic in Dublin and Sandersville.
Boatright was raised in Wrightsville, Ga. and attended Brentwood School in Sandersville. As a firefighter and first responder in Wrightsville and Johnson County, he recognized the need for quality healthcare in rural Georgia and wanted to help fill that need and service his community. Additionally, he was inspired by his hometown doctor and her dedication to their small community. At the age of 35, he decided it was time for a career change and went back to school to become a Physician Assistant.
Boatright graduated from Augusta University, formerly Medical College of Georgia, in 2016. While attending, he received the Chairman’s Award of Excellence which is the highest award given by the faculty.
Since graduating he has worked in Swainsboro for an orthopedic / general surgery practice and in the Emergency Department at Emanuel Medical Center.
He and his wife, an ER nurse at Fairview Park Hospital, have two daughters and live in Wrightsville.
